Who stands behind Viber?

There is a rumor on the internet that iMesh – the 3rd most popular music subscription service in the US stands behind Viber.
According to the official Viber Media representative, the only connection between Viber Media and iMesh, is that the Viber CEO is Talmon Marco, who is also the founder of iMesh.

Some mobile operators across the world block Viber on their 3G network. Usually this happens when users have a “simple” data plan (or a prepaid contract), meaning they didn’t pay extra for using VoIP on their 3G network.

In order to verify this, we recommend to:
      1. Test Viber on a few different WiFi networks, and see that it works fine.
      2. Contact your cell company and confirm this with them.

Hi, Sprint, my cell company has changed
me for the long distance call @ 1.97 cents a minute…ouch! Not a
happy Viper user at the moment. What happen? Can someone please let me
understand how to avoid this in the future. This is very disappointing
    and upsetting. When
I inquired with sprint, they told me to consult
with Viber, perhaps, something happened that day where the call was
routed through Sprint and not Viper. I was also told that I am using
Viper at my own risk and suggest not to use it. Help,
    somebody…anybody. Thx
