Viber keeps working on improving their app, and they’ve done it again with a service a lot of people have been hoping for. Now you can delete sent messages.
New to version 5.6.5, you can choose to delete messages after you have sent them. For instance, if you sent a message to the wrong person, or you made a mistake in your original message, you can now unsend it, delete it, and start over. This is available for new iOS and Android versions of the Viber app.
On Android, it’s simple: you long-press the text that you want to delete and then tap on the “delete” option.
On iOS, you long press, get a “Delete” option, then tape that to choose “Delete fro everyone”.
Messages can be deleted anytime after they’ve been sent.
